Terms of Sale (Public Offer)
These Terms of Sale (the “Terms”) govern the sale of the Storyteller programme (the “Programme”) by Protocol 42 Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under number 15407925, whose registered office is at 7 Bell Yard, London, England, WC2A 2JR (“we”, “us”, “our”), to the person who purchases it (“you”, “Participant”).
These Terms constitute an offer addressed to the public. By completing the checkout process and paying the price, you accept these Terms and a binding contract is formed between you and us. Please read them before purchasing and keep a copy for your records.
1. The Programme
1.1 The Programme is a structured online course in public speaking and storytelling, delivered over 10 (ten) weeks. It consists of live lectures, group practice sessions, individual sessions, homework assignments with feedback and an online graduation session, together with Programme materials and additional recorded materials, in the scope corresponding to the Tier you purchase.
1.2 Lectures, and the group practice sessions and individual sessions of the Premium Tier, are delivered by Andrey Bibikov personally. If he cannot hold one of them, we reschedule it under clause 4.4 and do not replace him with another teacher. Sessions with a teacher are delivered by a teacher of our choice; we may replace that teacher with a teacher of comparable qualification, provided that the content and scope of the Programme are preserved.
1.3 The Programme is delivered online through video conferencing software and through your personal account on our learning platform at lk.bibikov.pro. You are responsible for your own internet access, equipment and software.
1.4 The Programme is a commercial training course. It is not a regulated qualification, it does not lead to a recognised award, degree or professional accreditation, and we are not an accredited education provider in the United Kingdom. On completion you receive the certificate described for your Tier in clause 2.1; a certificate confirms participation in the Programme only.
1.5 The language of instruction is Russian.
1.6 The Programme is intended for adults. By purchasing it, you confirm that you are 18 or over, or that you are the parent or guardian of a participant under 18 and purchase the Programme on their behalf. In that case you accept these Terms, and you are responsible for the participant’s taking part and for payment. We do not verify the age of participants.
2. Tiers and prices

2.2 We may offer any Tier at a lower price than the maximum stated above, including promotional, seasonal and discounted prices. We will never charge more than the maximum price stated for the Tier you purchase.
2.3 The price you pay is the total price displayed on the checkout page at the moment you place your order. That displayed price includes all mandatory fees and charges payable by you.
2.4 Where we display a previous or reference price next to a promotional price, the previous price is a price at which we genuinely offered the Programme for sale for a continuous period of at least 30 days within the 6 months preceding the promotion.
2.5 All prices are stated in euro (EUR). Where value added tax or a similar tax is chargeable in your country of residence, the applicable amount is shown at checkout.
3. Payment
3.1 Payment is taken through Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your payment is subject to Stripe’s own terms and processing.
3.2 If your card is denominated in a currency other than euro, your bank or card issuer may apply a conversion rate and charges. Those charges are yours and are outside our control.
3.3 Deposit. Where offered, you may reserve a place by paying a deposit. The deposit counts towards the price of your Tier, and the price of your Tier on the day you pay the deposit is held for you. The rest of the price is due before the start date, or by the end of the Programme if you choose our instalment plan under clause 3.4. If by the start date you have neither paid the rest of the price nor chosen the instalment plan, your place is released and we refund the deposit after the start date. You may also ask for the deposit back at any time before the start date.
3.4 Our instalment plan. Where offered, you may pay in up to 3 (three) instalments, without interest or fees. The last instalment is due no later than the end of the Programme; the schedule is shown when you choose the plan. If an instalment is not paid within 5 days of its due date, we may suspend your access to the Programme until payment is received.
3.5 Pay-later services. Where Stripe offers a pay-later or instalment service at checkout, such as Klarna, your agreement for that service is with its provider and on its terms. For us, the price is paid in full at checkout.
3.6 Your order is accepted, and the contract is formed, when we confirm your enrolment by email.
4. Start date and schedule
4.1 The start date of your cohort is stated on the sales page and in your enrolment confirmation.
4.2 Live lectures take place weekly. The current schedule of lectures, group practice sessions and the graduation session is published in your personal account at lk.bibikov.pro no later than 7 (seven) days before the start date; individual sessions are arranged with you. It is your responsibility to follow the schedule in your personal account. We also notify you of changes by email.
4.3 We may postpone the start of the Programme by up to 5 (five) calendar days by notifying you by email or messenger before the original start date. In that case the remaining dates shift accordingly and the content and scope of the Programme are unchanged. This is not a breach of these Terms.
4.4 If a session does not take place on its scheduled date for reasons on our side, we hold it no later than 7 (seven) days after that date and notify you by email. A session rescheduled in this way is not grounds for a refund. If we cannot hold it within that time, you are entitled to a refund of the part of the price corresponding to that session.
4.5 If we postpone the start by more than 5 calendar days, you may choose between a place in the next cohort and a full refund.
4.6 Missing a live session, failing to submit homework or not completing part of the Programme does not entitle you to a refund or to a price reduction. Where a recording of the missed session is available, we will make it available to you.
4.7 Before your cohort starts, you may ask to move to the next cohort once, at no additional charge and at the price you paid. After the start, a move to another cohort is at our discretion.
5. Access to materials
5.1 Access to Programme materials and recordings is provided through your personal account at lk.bibikov.pro from the start date of your cohort for 6 (six) months for the Essential Tier and 12 (twelve) months for the Standard and Premium Tiers, unless a longer period is stated at checkout.
5.2 Access is personal to you. You must not share your login details or access links with anyone else.
6. Your right to cancel (consumers)
6.1 If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which the contract is concluded.
6.2 To cancel, tell us clearly in writing at info@bibikov.pro. You may use the model cancellation form in the Schedule, but you do not have to.
6.3 At checkout you expressly request that we give you access and begin supplying the Programme before the end of the cancellation period, and you acknowledge that: (a) you lose your right to cancel once the Programme has been fully performed; and (b) if you cancel after supply has begun, we may deduct an amount proportionate to what has been supplied up to the moment you tell us you are cancelling.
6.4 For the purpose of clause 6.3(b), sessions held since supply began, and recordings and downloadable materials you have opened, count as supplied.
6.5 We refund within 14 days of being told that you are cancelling, using the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise. We do not charge a fee for refunding.
6.6 If you tell us that you are cancelling after the 14-day cancellation period has ended but before your cohort starts, we refund the price you paid in full. Once your cohort has started and the cancellation period has ended, payments are non-refundable, except where these Terms or the law provide otherwise. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the Programme is not supplied with reasonable care and skill.
6.7 If you purchase as a business (including a sole trader or company acting for business purposes), clauses 6.1 to 6.5 do not apply to you. If you cancel before your cohort starts, we refund the price you paid in full; once the Programme has started, payments are non-refundable.
6.8 Our Refund and Cancellation Policy, published at https://bibikov.pro/legal/uk/refunds, explains in practical terms how refunds are handled. If anything in that policy conflicts with these Terms, these Terms prevail.
7. Cancellation by us
7.1 We may cancel a cohort before it starts, for example if the minimum group size is not reached, or postpone its start by more than 5 calendar days. In either case you choose between a place in the next cohort and a full refund.
7.2 We may suspend or terminate your access without refund if you materially breach these Terms, in particular clause 8, or if you behave abusively towards a teacher, curator or another participant.
8. Intellectual property
8.1 All Programme content — webinars and their recordings, presentations, workbooks, assignments, methodology and the name “Storyteller” — belongs to us or to our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
8.2 We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Programme content for your own learning only, for the access period set out in clause 5.1. You may not reproduce, record, copy, distribute, publicly display, translate, adapt or give third parties access to it, except as permitted by clause 8.3.
8.3 You may record and publish short extracts of sessions, of no more than 60 seconds each, on your own personal social media accounts, provided the use is non-commercial and you credit the Programme and Andrey Bibikov. Recording a session in full, publishing longer extracts, and any use in commercial or advertising material are not permitted.
8.4 If you breach clauses 8.2 or 8.3, we may terminate your access immediately without refund and recover the losses we suffer.
9. No guarantee of results
9.1 We describe what the Programme covers and what participants typically achieve. We do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual participant. Results depend on your own participation and practice.
9.2 Nothing we publish, including testimonials and case studies, is a promise of a particular result for you.
10. Our liability
10.1 We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.
10.2 Subject to clause 10.1, our total liability to you in connection with the Programme is limited to the amount you have paid us for it.
10.3 We are not liable for the quality of your internet connection or equipment, or for failures of third-party services such as video conferencing platforms, messengers or payment providers. Where a session is disrupted for such a reason, we will reschedule it or provide a recording.
11. Personal data and recordings
11.1 We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://bibikov.pro/legal/uk/privacy, and with applicable data protection law, including the UK GDPR.
11.2 Lectures, group practice sessions, individual sessions and the graduation session may be recorded. A recording is made available only to the participants of that session, for their access period under clause 5.1.
11.3 We may use short fragments of recordings, including fragments in which you appear, on our social media accounts and in promotional materials for the Programme. If you do not want fragments in which you appear to be used, tell us at info@bibikov.pro: we will stop using them and remove those already published on our own accounts.
12. Force majeure
12.1 Neither party is liable for a failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If such an event prevents delivery of the Programme for more than 30 days, either party may terminate and we will refund the part of the price corresponding to the part of the Programme not delivered.
13. Changes to these Terms
13.1 We may update these Terms for future purchases. The version that applies to you is the version published on our website at the moment you place your order. We do not apply changes retrospectively to a Programme you have already purchased.
14. Complaints, governing law and jurisdiction
14.1 If something goes wrong, contact us first at info@bibikov.pro. We reply within 5 working days and aim to resolve your complaint within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it, we will tell you so in writing. We do not currently use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme; you may bring proceedings under clause 14.2.
14.2 These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
14.3 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.
14.4 You may not transfer your rights under these Terms to another person without our written consent.
14.5 We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another company within our group or to a successor business, provided that this does not reduce the rights you have under these Terms. We will tell you in writing if this happens, and if the transfer is not acceptable to you, you may cancel and we will refund the part of the price corresponding to the part of the Programme and the access period not yet provided.
14.6 These Terms are also published in Russian for convenience. If the two versions differ, the English version prevails.
